Research: My interests lie at the intersection of machine learning and biotech. I’m currently focused on deep learning for immunology, including antibody language models, causal inference and biostatistics, and clinical representation learning.

Previously: I was at Ordaos Bio, where I worked on nanobody and miniprotein design through generative protein modeling, active learning, and molecular dynamics. Before that, I was a machine learning engineer at VantAI (now Proxima Bio) through the technical rotational program at Roivant Sciences, working on protein-protein interaction prediction with geometric deep learning. I received my M.S. in Machine Learning and B.S. in Computer Science from Georgia Institute of Technology. I interned at IBM, Merck, Novo Nordisk, and Virginia Systems and Technology, gaining experience in software engineering, data analysis, and web development. I studied molecular biology abroad at CPE Lyon and performed research at BioMEMS and BSEL.
